About Customs, Duties & Taxes

When ordering from Outerspaece.com, you're responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination.

Recipients of international shipments may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties (hereafter, "Import Fees"), levied by the customs office of your shipping destination. Import Fees vary according to the customs regulations of the destination country. Components that play a role in Import Fee calculations are (among others):

• Shipping costs and package weight

• Customs clearance channel

• Import taxes based on custom duty amounts

Where's My Refund?

When returning an item, you have the option to choose your preferred refund method by email 0uterspaece@0uterspaece.com

After the carrier receives your item, it can take up to two weeks for us to receive and process your return. We typically process returns within 3-5 business days after the carrier delivers the item to our returns center. When we complete processing your return, we issue a refund to the selected payment method.

Collectibles (sports & entertainment)

• You must return collectible items with a value of $75 or more using a trackable method. Items with a value more than $500, must also be insured.

• All product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, etc.) and certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal must be returned with the item.

• Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected.

• Before shipping a return, photograph the item for your records.

Once we issue your refund, it may take additional time for your funds to be available in your account.
